An architect transitioned to a construction management professional, currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Building Construction and Facility Management at Georgia Tech, with experience spanning both design studios and active job sites. My work now focuses on how thoughtful design, data-driven planning, and digital tools can deliver projects more safely, efficiently, and predictably.​

Before Georgia Tech, I helped lead residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects in India, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients from early design through construction. That experience shaped a practical understanding of scheduling, RFIs, punchlists, QA/QC, cost control, and field engineering and taught me how everyday decisions on site impact budget, timeline, and quality.​

At Georgia Tech, I am deepening that foundation through coursework and project work in construction management, preconstruction planning, and facility management, including CM at Risk K‑12 expansion planning with detailed scheduling, trade-level estimating, BIM clash detection, and phased site logistics. I work extensively with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Revit, Navisworks, and reality capture workflows to connect the design model with what actually happens in the field.​

Across everything, my goal is to bridge design and construction: using BIM, digital twins, and lean-minded processes to align stakeholders, reduce rework, and improve communication between office and site. I am especially interested in roles where project teams, data, and technology come together to deliver projects that are constructible, coordinated, and responsive to the people and communities they serve
